NoPrep is a marketplace where teachers sell the classroom resources they already make — worksheets, quizzes, games, decor, and full curriculum units — to teachers who need them tonight, PreK through 12th grade, every subject.
Why we exist
Teachers do the work; teachers should keep the money. Our promise is one sentence long: keep a flat 75% of every sale — no membership fee, no listing fee, no per-item fee. The biggest marketplace pays 55% on its free plan and 80% only if you pay $59.95 every year. We publish that comparison right on our homepage, math included, because we win it honestly.
How we make money
We keep 25% of each sale (10% for Founding Sellers in their first 6 months). That single share covers hosting, payment processing, instant delivery, and support. There is nothing else to pay us, ever.

1. The deal
You upload resources you made. We list them, deliver them to buyers instantly, and handle payments. You keep a flat 75% of every sale. Founding Sellers — the first 100 sellers — keep 90% of every sale for their first 6 months, then 75%. There is no membership fee, no listing fee, and no per-item fee.
2. Your promise about ownership
Every time you publish, you confirm that you created the resource or own the rights to everything in it — text, images, fonts, clip art, everything — and that selling it doesn’t break any rule of your employer or any license you hold. If a school or district owns work you made on the job, don’t upload it here.
3. The license you give us
You keep full ownership of your work. You grant NoPrep a non-exclusive license to host, display, market, and sell your resource and deliver copies to buyers. Non-exclusive means you can sell the same resource anywhere else too. Remove a resource anytime; the license ends for new sales, but past buyers keep their copies.
4. What buyers get
Unless you say otherwise in the listing, each purchase is a single-classroom license: one teacher may use it with their own students. Buyers may not resell or share your files.
5. Getting paid
Payouts go out automatically through Stripe on a monthly schedule (minimum $10 balance). You’ll see every sale, fee-free, in your dashboard.
6. Pricing
You set every price, including $0. Free resources are welcome and promoted — they’re how buyers discover you.
7. What’s not allowed
- Uploading work you didn’t create or don’t have rights to, including AI-mimicked copies of another seller’s resource.
- Content that’s unsafe for a school setting.
- Manipulating reviews or ratings.
8. Takedowns and repeat infringement
If we receive a valid copyright complaint, we remove the resource promptly and tell you why (see our Copyright & DMCA page). Two substantiated complaints close a store.
9. Leaving
Close your store anytime from your dashboard. We pay out your remaining balance on the next payout run.
10. Changes
If we ever change the payout percentage or these terms, we’ll email every seller at least 30 days before anything takes effect.

Teachers’ work is protected by copyright automatically, the moment it’s created. NoPrep takes infringement seriously: we remove knockoffs promptly and ban repeat infringers.
Report a stolen resource (takedown notice)
Email dmca@noprep.net with:
- A link to the infringing resource on NoPrep.
- A link to (or copy of) your original work.
- Your name, email, and mailing address.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use isn’t authorized by you or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you’re the rights owner or authorized to act for them.
- Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is fine).
We review within 2 business days and remove infringing material promptly.

If your resource was removed (counter-notice)
If you believe a removal was a mistake, email dmca@noprep.net with the resource link, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have the rights, your contact details, consent to federal court jurisdiction, and your signature. If the complaining party doesn’t file a court action within 10 business days, we may restore the resource.

Refund policy

Digital files can’t be “returned,” so here’s our plain promise instead:
We refund, within 7 days of purchase, if:
- The file is broken, won’t open, or is missing pages.
- The resource is meaningfully different from its description or preview.
- You were charged twice for the same item (duplicates are refunded automatically).
We don’t refund for a change of mind
Previews, page counts, and grade levels are shown up front so you can buy confidently. Bought the wrong grade level by accident? Email us anyway — we’ll usually swap it for the right one.
How to ask
Email support@noprep.net with your receipt. Refunds are decided within 2 business days and returned to your original payment method. Sellers are never charged a penalty fee for refunds.
